NCAP Invites All Immunizing Pharmacist Members
to Offer Flu Shots and Vaccination Education to
State Senators, Representatives

Flu season offers NCAP members with the ideal opportunity to educate state senators and representatives about pharmacy’s contribution to public health. NCAP encourages all qualified immunizing pharmacists to vaccinate lawmakers against the flu and to use the visit as an opportunity to tell your pharmacy story. Most importantly – use this as an opportunity to advocate for passage of S 246, Expand Pharmacists’ Immunizing Authority. Interested? Please contact Sally Slusher at NCAP, sally@ncpharmacists.org. If your legislator has not yet been invited to receive a flu shot, we will provide you with information and materials to help you arrange an appointment. Please be a part of NCAP’s Project Flu Shot.
Invite your lawmakers to your pharmacy today!
