APhA’s Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery Certificate Training Program

The purpose of this certificate training is to prepare pharmacists with comprehensive knowledge, skills,
and resources necessary to provide immunization services to patients across the life span.

Hosted by: The North Carolina Association of Pharmacists 
Cost for the program is $395 and will include light breakfast and lunch.
In-person class will be held at Campbell University Buies Creek Campus
To become a certified immunizer and obtain 20.0 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education (CPE) the learner must have:
• Successful completion of the self-study component equivalent to I2 non-contact hours of CPE.
• Successful completion of in-person classroom instruction equivalent to 8 contact hours of CPE which will include the participant demonstrating injection technique for the instructors.


• The LIVE session will reinforce learning from the self-study program, immunization needs, legal and regulatory issues, and injection-technique training.
