Description

The Community Care Practice Academy Huddle is a new gathering designed to bring community care pharmacists together for brief, practical conversations about the realities of pharmacy practice. These short “huddles” create an opportunity for pharmacists to connect, share insights, and discuss common challenges and solutions they encounter in their day-to-day work.

Each session will feature timely topics relevant to community pharmacy, along with opportunities for open discussion and peer learning. The goal is to foster collaboration, highlight best practices, and create a supportive space where pharmacists can learn from one another while staying informed on important issues impacting patient care and practice.
