Although hosted by the New Practitioner Forum, this series is open to all NCAP members who are passionate about personal and professional growth. Leadership Buzz with NCAP NPF: The Let Them Theory September 29th @ 6pm
Join NCAP’s New Practitioner Forum for a Leadership Buzz discussion focused on The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins. Hosted by Yasmine Alimena, MD, this session will explore how the principles of the Let Them Theory can be applied to leadership, professional relationships, and navigating situations outside of our control. Participants are encouraged to read The Let Them Theory prior to the discussion. Together, we will discuss strategies for letting go of the need to control others, focusing on what we can influence, and building greater confidence and resilience as pharmacy professionals while earning 1.0 hour of North Carolina CE.
